Optional but highly recommended: chefs Sarah and Oswaldo will be serving Chorizo a la parilla con bollito for dinner (grilled chorizo + savory corn dumplings + garden salad) If you want to opt in and get yourself a plate, make sure to email or message by June 30th for details and to put in your order.
